A LA CARTE
Cooking looks to the most traditions flavours of Andalusian gastronomy especially that from Malaga, with old recipes on many occasions recovered from the memories of the oldest people in the area. Casa de la Era has its own kitchen garden and poultry yard, from which the kitchen in normally supplied. Only virgin olive oil is used when preparing the dishes.
